Position Overview:
v The
Manager reports to the US-based Senior Director of Managed Review and is
responsible for operational performance of the Noida facility and personnel
in the Managed Review Services business line, including having responsibility
for ensuring the quality and timeliness of delivery of services by document
review teams and the successful execution of review projects conducted in
Noida.
v The
Manager will coordinate and manage a team of review managers assigned to
multiple project(s) and/or shift(s), as well as coordinate with client(s),
partner(s), and other Xerox and external stakeholders, to support the
performance and development of the business line.
v The
Manager will be responsible for elements of financial (P&L) reporting and
cost control; monitoring productivity and utilization of resources;
participating in personnel recruitment, hiring, training and promotion
decisions, and in performance evaluation reviews; ensuring compliance and
consistency in Managed Review standard processes (including usage of training
/ knowledgebase materials, templates and communication protocols); and
identifying and implementing process improvements.

v Bachelor
of Law (LLB) degree or equivalent
v Minimum
2 years of experience in a business management / senior operations lead role
in an LPO/BPO organization, preceded by 4+ years of increasingly responsible
document review or LPO (doc review, contract management) project team roles
v Proven
ability and experience in managing areas such as personnel, finance,
operations, training, process design, and facilities management for document
review / LPO groups
v Experience
with administrative functions and advanced navigation in document review
platforms (i.e., OmniX, Viewpoint, NUIX, Stratify, Ringtail, Relativity,
DocuMatrix, Concordance, Adobe, etc.), including demonstrable proficiency
with workflow management, developing search syntax and facilitating quality
control and pre-production validation processes
v Experience
with conducting performance assessment for staff, including evaluating and
reviewing team member performance and productivity and providing employee
feedback
v Superior
written/verbal communication skills (English language). Demonstrated ability
to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and to interact with both
external clients and internal business colleagues in a professional manner
v Demonstrated
effectiveness in managing and motivating managers and subordinates to perform
well as a team
v Advanced
degree in Law, Business Management, IT, Administration or Engineering or
additional Management Certification (PMP, Six Sigma, Company Secretary)
v JD
from US accredited law school
v Additional
domain expertise (e.g., technical , scientific) or additional fluency in a
language other than English
